Breakfast smoothie anyone?

This super simple smoothie is the perfect remedy for lazy and sluggish mornings!

– ¼ cup of oats
– 2 tspn flaxseed
– grated ginger
-grated turmeric
-cinnamon
– 2 ripe bananas
– 4 tbsn pumpkin or sunflower seeds
– handful of strawberries (frozen is perfect)
– Half an avocado
– coconut water or milk

Blend until the oats and seeds make the mixture smooth, silky, and creamy.

This smoothie will give you the energy of a few cups of coffee, but without the crash! Plus, it’s crazy good for you!
